Winding wire commonly used magnet wire conductive wire core has two kinds of round wire and flat wire, mostly using copper wire, rarely using aluminum wire. Because there is an insulating material on the outside of the wire, the magnet wire has different heat resistance levels.

The commonly used electromagnetic wire has two kinds of enameled wire and winding wire.

(1) enameled wire. The insulating layer of enameled wire is paint film, which is widely used in small and medium-sized motors and micro-motors, dry-type transformers and other electrical products.

(2) Winding. The wrapping wire is tightly wrapped around the conductive wire core with glass fiber, insulating paper or synthetic resin film to form an insulating layer. There are also enameled wires wrapped with an insulating layer.
